I accept, declare and undertake that I consent to the following. Nortranss Uluslararası Taşımacılık Bil. Ltd. Şti. to process all kinds of personal data, special quality personal data, personal health data, including those that determine or serve to determine my identity given by me verbally/in writing and/or electronically, by Nortranss Uluslararası Taşımacılık Bil. Ltd. Şti., to be shared with other persons and organizations where it is necessary to share within the scope of the relevant legislation in order to select candidates for the purpose of making an employment contract, to sign the employment contract and to provide health services in accordance with the employment contract and to plan these services; the processing of personal data, sensitive personal data, personal and sensitive personal data detailed below within the scope defined in the "Personal Data Protection Law" No. 6698 and the "Regulation on the Processing of Personal Health Data and Ensuring Privacy" of my health data.

With this Carification Text, I accept, declare and undertake that I have given my consent in advance to the collection, recording and processing of the following personal and sensitive personal datawithin the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, by Nortranss Uluslararası Taşımacılık Bil, Ltd, Şti., within the framework of the principles of the Law:

- Clearly belonging to an identified or identifiable real person; Personal data regarding the records and documents taken at the entrance to the physical space, during the stay in the physical space; camera records, fingerprint records and records taken at the security point, which are; processed partially or fully automatically or non-automatically as part of the data recording system
- Clearly belonging to an identified or identifiable real person; Data in photographic and camera records (excluding records within the scope of Physical Space Security Information), and in documents that are copies of documents containing personal data
- Clearly belonging to an identified or identifiable real person; processed partially or fully automatically or non-automatically as part of the data recording system; Data specified in Article 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (e.g. health data including blood group, biometric data, etc.)
- I have read and accept the information text and my rights on the website regarding the Protection and Processing of Personal Data regarding the receipt and evaluation of any request or complaint directed to Nortranss Uluslararası Taşımacılık Bil. Ltd. Şti., which belongs to an identified or identifiable person; processed partially or completely automatically or non-automatically as part of the data recording system.
